As part of your application to lease a vehicle, you are required to pass a credit check. This application form is used by our financial partners to determine your suitability for a finance agreement. The decision on whether you are approved for credit will be made by the Lender and not by us. How Your Information Will Be Used Our finance partner will check your details with credit reference and fraud prevention agencies, and these agencies will record the check. They will provide the agencies with current and previous names, address and dates of birth of all parties. If you are providing information about others on a joint application, you must have their agreement. The agencies will provide information including county court judgements (CCJs), bankruptcies, electoral register and fraud prevention information. If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies. Law enforcement agencies may access and use this information. You should not commit to a finance agreement unless you are confident you can afford the payments for the whole term of the agreement. Our Status Pinks Associates is an Appointed Representative of Moorgate Finance Limited T/A MBN, which is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, firm number 662419. Processing Fee We charge a processing fee of £160.00 + VAT for our brokering services. This represents the costs incurred in ordering your vehicle with our nominated supplying dealer. This fee is payable once finance approval has been received and on signing of the order form. Cancellation If you cancel your order, we may charge a cancellation fee for our brokering services as set out in our Terms of Business. This does not affect your right to cancel your finance agreement within any cooling off period. Any cancellation charge will be requested within 14 days of a cancellation notice and is payable by bank transfer within 14 days of the charge request being received.
